Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + Bonus
Our client , a large publicly traded organization located in Mississauga are looking to hire for a Payroll Specialist
Your New Role
The Payroll Specialist will report to the Payroll Team lead and will join a team of 5+ Payroll Specialists in processing payroll for more than 2000 staff across Canada. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for full cycle hourly/salaried payroll for both union and non-unionized staff . The Payroll Specialist will process ROEs and garnishments in addition to preparing payroll reconciliation reports. The Payroll Specialist will maintain employee records and updating company information as well as Inputting new hires, leaves, terminations, pay, and vacation adjustments.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To succeed in the role of Payroll Specialist , you will ideally hold a PCP certification in addition to having more than 3 years of full cycle payroll experience. The Payroll Specialist will need to have exposure to high volume , unionized payroll. The Payroll Specialist will preferably have used UKG software.
