“Milton Chrysler” has an immediate requirement for an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to join our successful dealership in Milton. Coordinate parts marketing effortsMaintain tight inventory control to ensure consistent delivery of parts while minimizing obsolescenceBalance inventory to meet requirements of the Service Department, wholesale accounts and over the counter salesUnderstand and comply with all manufacturers’ warranty ordering and return policies.Forecast and track monthly sales and profit objectives. Compile and analyze monthly management reportsResponsible for profitability of Department by revenue generation and cost controlHire, train, motivate, coach and monitor performance of all Parts Department staffKeep up to date by completing all training within manufacturer’s prescribed guidelines and ensuring the same for all staffQualificationsMinimum 2 years experience as an Automotive Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager.Technologically savvy with PC-based software, and strong proficiency in Dealer Management systemsProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team to achieve resultsAble to work as part of a results-oriented and customer-focused teamStrong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsDetail oriented, highly organized, and able to multi-task effectively in a fast paced environmentStrong knowledge of automotive parts, technical & mechanical repairs, productValid Driver’s License“Milton Chrysler” is an equal opportunity employer that welcomes all applicants including persons with disabilities, visible minorities, women and aboriginals.
