Job Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Sourcing and sales of all parts and accessories to existing and prospective customers through exceptional service. Generating quotes and completing orders as per customer requests, in a friendly and professional manner. First point of contact for our parts customers, over the counter and/or by phone. Provide information regarding parts, including their function, prices, applications, and warranties. Maintains up to date knowledge on our product lines. Maintaining retail sales floor to meet dealership standards and ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in conducting regular physical inventory counts. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills. Ability to work individually and as part of a team. Has a general understanding of farm equipment systems and parts. Experience and knowledge in Electronic Parts Catalogue. Solid computer skills (including Microsoft Office) Knowledge of Agriculture would be an asset.
