Job Description

Role - Sales Director / General Manager Industry - Balconies Location - Toronto, Ontario Key position for a Senior Sales Leader or General Manager to head up the North American market for my international exterior envelope & balconies client. This role is designed to help facilitate the growth in clients, revenue and profit for the business and it requires a strategic leader who has a great understanding on the construction industry. Incredible progression, training and international travel opportunties. Responsibilities Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the sales operation in Canada. To attain all business plan sales targets and objectives. Achieve or exceed sales targets within budget and resources allocate. Develop sales strategy, tactics and targets to achieve international growth targets Maintain cost effective operations wherever possible. Monitor sales performance and financial metrics, providing regular reports to Senior Sales Leadership Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Qualifications/Expectations Ability to read and understand technical drawings A flair for analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving. Excellent presentation, organisational and time-management skills. Accurate record keeper including maintaining of CRM records Good knowledge of and skills with MS Office; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to travel regionally and internationally when required.
