Job Description Our client is looking for a highly capable, motivated Partner Relationship Manager to join their team. You would be an important part of a growing team using the latest technology to improve their product experience across platforms. Your efforts will directly translate into making an impact on each of your team members and our customers’ lives. This role will be full-time, on-site at our client's office in downtown Vancouver. Responsibilities: Proactively checking in with Partners to meet their needs and provide new products/services for evolving requirements Resolving Partner/customer escalations, determining root causes, and collaborating with technical teams for resolutions Conducting reporting and analysis on partnership health; Monitoring customer support tickets Overseeing multiple Partnerships to maximize value for Partners and their Customers Building scalable systems and processes to manage Partner and Client Success Building out automated tools for scaling client satisfaction Creating how-to guides for optimal platform usage Effectively promoting and driving adoption of new products to expand revenue from the existing portfolio of Partners Building and owning our Knowledge Center Qualifications: 5+ years of client-facing, relationship management experience in a SaaS environment with a keen understanding of how platforms deliver value to Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and customers Strong interpersonal skills with excellent time management and an entrepreneurial attitude Resourceful and can figure out solutions without clearly defined instructions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office products, strong Excel skills are an advantage
