Lakeside Construction, a local provider of residential construction and renovation services in the Bruce County area, is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Project Coordinator & Property Manager. We specialize in creating exceptional spaces that our clients love, and we're looking for someone passionate about construction and property management to assist us in delivering outstanding projects.

As a Part-Time Project Coordinator & Property Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our construction projects and managing our properties. You will be responsible for assisting the trade craft personnel with coordination, documentation, and scheduling tasks. Additionally, you will oversee the management of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in organizing ongoing construction projects, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination of resources.

- Maintain project files, documentation, and records in an organized manner.

- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

- Conduct regular inspections of our properties to ensure they are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.

- Address maintenance issues promptly and coordinate repairs as needed.

- Manage tenant relationships and respond to inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes related to property management.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in project coordination, property management, or a related field preferred.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., MS Office, project management tools).

- Knowledge of construction processes and property management practices is a plus.
