Note: These are part-time temporary Faculty positions starting August 6, 2024 and ending April 30, 2025.
Duties: Reporting to the Director, Counselling and Accessibility Services, the incumbent is responsible for providing accessibility counselling, learning strategies and academic accommodations for students who have learning, physical and/or psychological disabilities. In order to recommend appropriate accommodations to meet the learning needs of students this position requires an in-depth understanding of disability documentation including psycho-educational assessments. Additional duties include facilitation of the Bursary for Students with Disabilities, conducting workshops for students and staff; screening students with suspected learning disabilities, as well as participating in departmental team meetings.
