EToD is currently searching for a Packaging Specialist Engineer to join our client’s team for a short-term contract! In this role you will focus on packaging design and deployment for innovation and cost-saving projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate technical work for projects in line with Research, Development & Quality requirements; determine appropriate packaging specifications using sampling and supplier management
• Develop activities such as packaging design and specifications; plan for the effective use of resources
• Ensure that packaging specifications are determined with excellence
• Accountable for stakeholder management and make decisions based on findings
• Responsible for a variety of projects focused on sustainability, innovation, and quality of packaging
Key Qualifications:
• Over 5 years in the packaging field; good understanding of packaging material technologies
• Led teams and influenced cross-functional teams
• Experience planning and delivering multiple priorities
• Proactively identify complex technical or business problems; create and implement solutions
• Experience influencing senior and cross-functional stakeholders
• Candidates with SAP & PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) experience are preferred
