Perks!Competitive salary - base salary + commission structureExcellent benefit package with premiums paid by the companyCompany vehicle + fuel cardRRSP MatchSafety-minded organizationStable, year-round employmentContinuous training, learning and development opportunitiesFun-loving work environment with strong social responsibilityWhat You’ll Be DoingDuties and Responsibilities:Responsible for prospecting new customers on jobsites and offices to drive rental revenuesFollow-up leads generated from various sourcesAnalyze customer needs and requirements, and present customers with equipment rental solutionsEffectively manage and develop multiple relationshipsComplete required paperwork and processes in an accurate and timely mannerWhat You’ll Bring to the TeamQualifications and Requirements:Must live within the Bolton area or within the Bolton Territory (Bolton, Orangeville, Vaughn, North Brampton, Woodbridge or nearby areas)Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; post-secondary diploma is an asset3 to 5 years of experience in equipment rentals, construction, sales or another closely related field is preferredValid G driver’s license and satisfactory driver's abstractDrive for results and very customer orientedStrong prospecting and needs analysis skillsSolid team player and self-starterFlexibility; must be comfortable with adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environmentExcellent problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous mannerSelf-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as with a teamPride in what you do!Please note, to be considered for this position applicants should currently be residing in Canada and legally entitled to work.Want to learn more about this as well as other opportunities at Cooper?
