Our Outside Sales Representatives combine their passion for interior design with exceptional relationship building and sales. With a busy and diverse schedule, each day provides opportunities to consult with and build lighting & plumbing product solutions for architects, designers, home builders, and design community clients. They establish lasting relationships and bring their sales savvy to grow accounts within their sales territories .

We’re looking for relationship-focused salespeople who bring a consultative approach . Our ideal candidate is inspired and engaged in interior design principles and trends .

What you will do:

  • P rovide world-class service in every stage of the process and deliver on sales targets leveraging ROBINSON’s wide range of designer lighting, kitchen, and bath brands
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with ROBINSON’s industry reputation and best practi ces
  • R eview lighting & plumbing design plans with clients and provide product solutions & options
  • R epresent ROBINSON within the industry at trade shows & Industry events
  • Provide expertise on ROBINSON lighting & plumbing lines and stay on top of design & industry trends

About You:

  • You connect with the ROBINSON brand, aesthetics & values
  • You have 2+ years of experience working with decorative lighting and plumbing fixtures in a design-based setting
  • You bring 2+ years of experience developing and executing sales strategies that target the B2B client base
  • You are a sales driven professional and are known for delivering exceptional service
  • You understand how important it is to work together to provide a seamless service & a chieve sales targets
  • You have a passion for interior design and are confident when presenting solutions to clients
  • You can learn and navigate through various computer systems and applications
