Responsibilities:The main responsibilities include: vulnerability remediation which would be the primary taskShould work on configuration, implementation, support of Oracle Database Production servers and technical guidance of junior team membersUnderstand business requirements and design solutions accordinglyEnsure quality standards in release implementation especially in DML/DCL/DDL & Data Fixes of any formResolve incidents, escalate to CACIB management and Oracle Vendor as necessaryCreate SOPsPerform root cause analysis for P1/P2/P3 and P4 incidents and/or proactively based on business needsFollow the required policies and procedures for the incident, problem and change managementEnsure service performance expectations are met with service levels and qualityRaise/escalate any service related issues and risks to track lead and/or ITS leadTechnical guidance of junior team members (when applicable)Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications:or post graduate in Technology with Computers or IT streamor post graduate in any stream with course in Computers or IT streamPreferred Qualifications/ Skills:about the Oracle; Sybase and SQL Database architectureexperience with Oracle 12c installation, configuration and disaster recovery proceduresof EBS is must.on multiple Oracle Databases releasesDB refreshesDB installs and refreshesof shell scripts– Solaris/Linux – all current releasesuser creationon with RMAN backup recoveryof datafiles and space managementversed with Index and Reorganization of database objectsmanagement and apply datafixesversed with audit conceptsand implementation of CPU patching on production system independentlyof database concept as a SME and ability to provide solutionsUnderstanding of OPatch conceptsversed with performance & tuning of databasesof database recovery scenariosof database upgradesunderstanding of RMAN, ADDM and ASH reportsexperience of Database export/import functionsof database character set conversionof Database monitoring toolshave very good trouble shooting and analytical skillscommunication skills (verbal and written)energy, results driven person with strong interpersonal skillsto work under minimal supervision Capital Markets Domain knowledge is preferredof ITIL, integration across IPC (Incident, Problem & Change Management)knowledge of Oracle v12 Database (PDB & CDB)of Oracle Apps R12.2will be a plus
