Skills and Responsibilities:•Strong Program Management leadership experience, including good years planning and leading medium-large sized Oracle EBS Cloud implementation programs.•Drive technical delivery by bringing teams together to proactively plan and align strategies that are both interim solutions, and long-term investments.•Proactively manage all the interdependencies, issues and risks across the project•Meet budgetary objectives and adjust the individual project constraints.•Track the project’s performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goal.•Coordinate with project stakeholders for the flawless execution of several projects.•Review and track individual project plans to be shared with all stakeholders, associated vendors, and other staff members.•Apply organizational process assets (e.g., communication requirements, instructions, templates)•Weekly and daily reporting to Director and VP on the overall program performance.Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
