Overview
Amazing opportunity for a Full-Time Lead Optometrist to join a very well-established practice. The clinic has a loyal and trained staff who support the OD team. The clinic has a diverse patient base, and is a full-service, busy clinic with the diagnostic technology required to serve the community. The team of ODs each practice from their own exam lane and the incoming OD will have their own lane as well. This busy location includes a large therapeutic practice as well as primary care eye exams, low vision, CL fitting, pre- and post laser patient care, and emergency services. The practice also has an exceptionally good relationship with local ophthalmologists. Minimum Guarantee up to $200,000. Outdoors opportunities include world-renowned fly-fishing spots, golf, snowmobile trails, hiking, zip-lines, and national parks with beaches to fulfill your sense of adventure outside of the practice.

Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope optometry services in a busy, multi-lane clinic setting.
- Conduct primary eye care exams, therapeutic management, contact lens fitting, low-vision assessments, and pre-/post-laser patient care.
- Coordinate care with local ophthalmologists and collaborate with a team of ODs to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize diagnostic technology to support accurate assessments and treatments.
- Maintain patient relationships and contribute to a high-volume practice environment.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) licensed/eligible to practice in the appropriate state.
- Experience in a busy clinical setting preferred; ability to manage a full patient load across multiple lanes.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills to work with staff and ophthalmologists.
Compensation & Benefits
