Job Description
Cofina is looking for an Operations Team Leader, for a PERMANENT position for one of its clients located in Montreal. The work mode is hybrid and should be available to commute to the office 2-3 days a week. Under the direction of the VP Infrastructure, the Operations Team Leader will lead a team of about fifteen people (administrator, technical support) in the day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities :
- Advise and review technical documentation, project analyses and work plans.
- Manage the priorities that team members need to work on.
- Advise and adopt good IT work practices.
- Act as a coach to the members of the infrastructure and project team, to guide them in the application of the change management process.
- Act as an IT expert and recommend solutions and methods to meet the growing needs of the business.
- In the context of projects, define activities, schedules, budgets and oversee their execution.
- Supervise a team of employees and consultants working in the areas of infrastructure, networks and IT security.
Requirements :
- Excellent at finding solutions and helping his teams.
- Dynamic, positive attitude, good negotiator and motivator.
- Bilingual environment must speak English and French.
- Ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows tools, Office 365.
