time consuming blind search or lump sum payment. Our mission is to provide newcomers with safe and affordable accommodation , while supporting them on building their credit score. As the team is growing, we are looking for an Operations Specialist to support the growth of our company and help set up new listings and communicate between internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and reporting directly to the CEO and Founder.
Job Summary:
The Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of moving furniture and household goods for clients within residential properties. This role involves managing the logistics of relocations, coordinating with moving companies, coordination with landlords and internal team, ensuring efficient and timely execution of moves, and providing excellent customer service throughout the process. This person will have the support of professional movers to support the move itself.
