We are open to the general public all year, & we also host regional leagues in affiliation with WATL (world axe throwing league).Job Duties:Organise & run the managerial operations at the primary locationHire, train & supervise new employeesCreate, modify, & reaffirm policies & proceduresResolve complaints within the staff team and from customersMaintain inventory and be in charge of spendingSupervise activities & events provided at the locationManage, supervise & maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environment for all staff, guests & customersCOVID-19 considerations:Disinfectant spray, hand sanitizer and physical distancing protocols will be in place at all times at the clubDetailsPermanent position 30-35 hours a week1 vacancyLanguage spoken in English$30 an hourPrimary Location is in Downtown Victoria BC, mobile unit location will vary,Minimum Skill, experience & certification required:2 years experience of operations in an axe throwing clubCompetent communication in english, written & verbalIT skills using excel, word, reservation softwareConfident in instructing, managing & supervising employeesPreferred skill, experience & certification:High school graduationPrevious experience:
