Permanent, full-time position Greater Vancouver area, BC. Compensation: $65,000 CAD annually ($41.67 CAD per/hour) Hours of work: 30 hours per week Job Location: 426 - 604 Columbia St, New Westminster, BC V3M 1A5 Requirements for the position: Experience: 3-5 years of work experience as a senior manager / department manager / general manager or in a similar position is required; Education: completion of a 2-3 year college program is required. A bachelor's degree would be an asset; Language: English, excellent written and verbal communications skills. Main duties and responsibilities: Manage, control and evaluate company's operations; Establish and implement growth strategies and business development; Formulate, determine and implement company's objectives and policies, oversee timelines and schedules; Represent the company, meet with clients, negotiate and sign new contracts; Manage and co-ordinate recruitment strategy, communication and training strategies, workforce planning and forecasting; Select and supervise supervisors and subcontractors, co-ordinate their work; Establish financial and administrative controls, oversee company's budget and optimize expenses; Analyze financial data, evaluate performance and productivity, improve company's revenue.
