Rounding out all distribution channels, Living Beauty is excited to bring new brands to the Canadian consumer and continue to solidify itself as the top trusted source in beauty.Role ProfileBased in Toronto and reporting to the Director of Retail, the successful candidate is responsible for the coordination and execution of all administrative tasks related to the successful operation of the D2C business. This role reports to our Toronto, ON office. Your ResponsibilitiesMonitor the online portal (Shopify) updating product information, pricing and images to ensure the portal is continuously up-to-date and reflective of marketing campaigns etc.Onboard new brands and products by uploading to shopify in a timely manner.Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new products and shipments.Order operational supplies, event supplies etc. CSM portal management. Respond to inquiries, complaints and order issues from customers and give after-sales support when requestedStore and sort D2C financial and nonfinancial data in electronic form and present reports.Coordinate with 3PL and B2B team to ensure customer order handling accuracy, damages, returns etc. Attend product knowledge training and develop an understanding of all the company's services, brands and productsAssist with new openings, special projects and any off site activations.Assist with follow-up from meetings and moving the projects forward.Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners/vendors/brand founders and external partners/editors/agencies.Complete other related tasks outlined by the Director of Retail Your profile:2+ years progressive work experience in a support functionPrevious experience working in (exposure to) the consumer goods, hospitality, or cosmetics industries is preferredExcellent communication skills, time management, organization skills, proactive, collaborative, team player.Ability to work with multiple teams to deliver responsibilities within required deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis on PowerPoint.Visionary sense of beauty and awareness of current trendsYour Personality and Skills ProfileHighly customer focused with a solution driven mindsetSelf-starter with a down to earth and flexible work styleCollaborative while being able to work independently to move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesHighly organized OtherCompetitive salaryHealth, wellness, and product discountTTC accessible Living Beauty Inc. is an equal opportunity employer; please let us know if you require any type of accommodation.
