This position reports directly to the Branch Manager. The following summarizes some key elements of the role.
Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
Invoicing – daily rental invoicing, cycle billing, over the counter sales, machine install and field service invoicing;
Updating purchase orders to include such things as proper Fx and freight charges are included;
Coordinate warehouse receiving and prepping orders for shipment;
Maintaining paperwork flow both internally and for ecommerce compliance;
Perform daily close and prepping bank deposits;
Purchasing office supplies;
Manage and maintain warranty claims for parts and warranty registration;
Perform regular inventory audits;
Worker Rep Health & Safety;
Support requests from customer for quotes (inside Sales);
Assisting other operations under the SITECH banner;
Assisting other operation like sales leads for the Battlefield Banner;
Take any initiative or any other tasks related to my role;
Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications:
The ability to provide excellent customer relations while keeping a positive attitude;
Proficient in organization and process fulfillment, attention to detail, and paper work organization;
Excellent communication and people skills;
Previous experience working with technicians and in a similar or relation parts environment;
Knowledge in the creation of parts order and work orders, developing and receiving purchase orders, inventory management, estimate preparation;
The ability to adapt to on-call work schedules;
Efficiency in the Microsoft Office applications, specifically, Outlook, Word and Excel;
The desire to work effectively within a team environment
