Sales Representative Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in selling packaging solutions. This role is crucial for managing a designated territory within Greater Vancouver, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and significantly contributing to our company’s revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Territory Management: Manage and grow sales within an assigned geographic territory within Greater Vancouver Identify and target potential customers, maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities. Plan and execute a territory plan, including setting goals and developing strategies to achieve them. Regularly visit customers and prospects within the territory to understand their needs and present our products and services. Customer Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively. Provide customers with product information, demonstrations, and tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products. Revenue Contribution: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis to management. Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and professional development initiatives. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in packaging solutions Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid BC driver’s license and willingness to travel across Greater Vancouver Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
