You will:Oversee daily office operations for 3 locations including clinic staff.Manage recruitment, training, and development of administrative, clinical, and support staff.Provide guidance and mentorship to staff to ensure a collaborative culture.Prepare and maintain staff schedules and attendance.Maintain inventory of office and clinic supplies.Handle dental office financials including budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements (HIPAA, OSHA, RCDSO, ODA) and industry standards.Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices for dental clinic operations.Contribute to development and implementation of strategic plans for business growth and development.Collaborate with the executive team on initiatives for practice expansion.Other tasks as required.What you bring to the jobYou are strategic and collaborative, as well as efficient and innovative. You are a strong leader with a mentorship-focused approach. You have a positive attitude and a dedication to ensuring those around you have a great experience.
