Employment type: full-time

We are a mid-sized family-run Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturing business.
We have been in business for 25+ years.
We are now looking to expand our team. (Must be a Canadian Citizen or have Permanent Residency)
Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in Quick books
  • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of the Kitchen industry
  • Some Bookkeeping experience
  • Self-organized

  • Computer and technology knowledge
  • Quick Books
  • MS Excel andWord
