Job Description

Office Administration Responsibilities: Look over Reception duties, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing mailCoordinate and oversee administrative tasks, such as filing, record keeping, and data entryMaintain and keep record of office supplies inventory and place orders as neededEnsure vehicles are parked at the right spotsCommunicate effectively with internal staff as well as external clients or vendorsSupport Order desk to Arrange lunch/supplies for customers visitsResponsible for office communication & correspondenceOther duties as assigned Assistant to president/CEO responsibilities: Managing the president/CEO’s schedule and correspondence for internal & external engagementsFacilitating action itemsCoordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees when requiredAssistance with logistic arrangements for special projects/eventsPrepare and maintain documentation, records in the system, and presentations if anyOther duties as assignedEducation & Experience:College Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/any relevant qualification2+ years of progressive experience in the reception/administrative fieldExceptional oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization and with external stakeholdersStrong writing skills for creating reports, correspondence, contracts, bids, and other documentation.Strong MS Office skillsTeam player able to contribute to project execution in a flexible and dynamic environment with competing prioritiesWorking experience in a manufacturing or production industry is preferred.
