Take a holistic, team approach with clients while working with other therapy partners to implement individualized treatment plans. Provide clients and their families with valuable education and strategies to support their functioning, empowering them to be active partners in their own rehabilitation. Stay abreast of the latest research, techniques, and best practices in occupational therapy to enhance the quality of care provided continually. You have a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent). You respect and celebrate diversity, understanding that cultural nuances are vital in each client's journey to success. You have a collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with other therapists, healthcare professionals, and support staff for comprehensive care.
