POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Nutritionist entrusted with helping customers achieve their health and wellness goals, advancing the success of our business through a personalized, positive customer experience.
The successful candidate will help customers make informed dietary choices for their well-being, and play a critical role in implementing nutrition programs, facilitating educational sessions, and providing personalized nutrition counseling.
Reporting to the Rejuvenate & Recharge Business Manager, the Nutritionist will provide trusted and exceptional service to our valued clientele, helping them celebrate their holistic well-being.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Expert Knowledge and Customer Engagement
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers by following their cues and addressing their specific dietary needs, health concerns, and goals.
- Conduct one-on-one nutrition consultations with customers employing self-awareness, active listening, and empathy to assess their nutritional status, develop personalized meal plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Evaluate food and beverage products sold in store, ensuring they meet required nutritional standards and making recommendations for healthier product options.
Community Education
- Create and deliver engaging nutrition workshops, seminars, and cooking demonstrations to educate customers on healthy eating habits, proper nutrition, and dietary
- Participate in community events, health fairs, marketing campaigns, and wellness programs to promote the store’s nutrition services, build relationships, and increase brand awareness.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, assessments, and recommendations.
- Prepare reports on program outcomes and customer satisfaction metrics as required.
- Work closely with store employees, including the pharmacy team, to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers regarding nutritional supplements, health foods, and dietary products.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to enhance the nutrition services offered and increase customer engagement and sales.
- Embrace a growth mindset by continuously expanding knowledge of nutrition research, trends, and emerging topics. Share relevant information with customers and provide guidance based on the latest scientific findings.
THE FIRST SIX MONTHS
Months 1 – 6
Training, servicing clients, and overall store opening, operations, and holiday management.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field; Registered Dietician or equivalent certification required.
- Part of the Québec Order of Dieticians and Nutritionists (ODNQ).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex nutrition information in a clear and understandable manner, building rapport and trust with customers, store employees, and management.
- Comprehensive understanding of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and health conditions related to nutrition, including staying up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and track program outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
- Ability to develop innovative nutrition programs, materials, and campaigns to engage customers and enhance the store’s nutrition services.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

- Have previous experience as a nutritionist or dietician in a retail, clinical, or community setting.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the luxury beauty market, including emerging trends and customer preferences.
