Nurse Practitioner – Care Point Medical Clinic (Commercial Dr) Nurse Practitioner – Care Point Medical Clinic (Commercial Dr) Nurse Practitioner – Care Point Medical Clinic (Commercial Dr) This Vancouver clinic is looking to have a Nurse Practitioner join their clinical team. As part of a multi-disciplinary approach to full-service family medicine, an interested NP would work collaboratively in the team environment and start their own patient panel as per Ministry requirements. This will be a full-time or part-time salaried position. This clinic is excited to add to their team a Nurse Practitioner interested in working together to provide primary care for the surrounding community of patients. This initiative is part of Primary Care Networks (PCNs) evolving in Vancouver. NPs interested in this opportunity should be willing to work collaboratively and participate in PCN development in the community. Care Point Medical Clinic, a busy clinic in the Commercial Drive area is looking to grow their team. They are a hybrid walk-in/family practice that also offers an on-site lab and in-house physiotherapist. The clinic has 5 exam rooms, additional offices, and a kitchen, with 4 physicians working in the clinic. The clinic conducts appointments both virtually and in person.
