We are a female driven business that specializes in providing pet grooming, dog day care and dog training services to Lloydminster Area since 2016. We are committed to providing our two and four-legged clients with a safe, caring and knowledgeable experience while striving for high levels of customer service for pets and their owners.

Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated, cheerful, hard working and organized individual for a position within our growing business. Responsibilities: The Day Care Attendant reports directly to the owner/ manager and will assist with greeting all clients (both two and four legged), promptly answering telephone calls or returning voicemails, scheduling various service appointments, replying to emails and social media messages, taking payments and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for everyone. Other duties will include but are not limited to assisting dog trainers and pet stylists as required. While new hire(s) will be trained, the skills listed below are what we will be looking for in applicants.

Required Skills for this Position: - High School Diploma - Reliable transportation to and from work - Strong attention to detail and interest in the pet care industry - Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes, breeds and ages - Knowledge of dog and cat breeds, with ability to understand their body language - Experience using Gmail, Google Keep/ Docs/ Sheets/ Forms/ Drive - Available within our work hours of Monday to Friday 7am-6pm and able to open (arrive by 6:45am) or close (6:30pm Mon-Fri; 8pm on Thursdays) as needed. - Physically able to be on your feet (expect 15,000+ steps per day); able to lift 40lbs + - Maintain a cheerful and positive attitude while working independently and as a team - Customer service focused with strong organizational and communication skills - Social Media Savvy (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat)

Additional Skills Helpful to this Position - Previous experience in office administration, animal training or handling etc is an asset - Experience taking quality photos with knowledge of minimal photo editing - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
