Job Description

JOB STATEMENT:IDC WIN has an immediate need for a New Business Administrator to join their team in the Prairie region to perform diverse administrative duties that will combine life and living benefit insurance knowledge and case coordination. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of insurance products and have the ability to complete detailed reporting, while multi-tasking and prioritizing competing responsibilities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Processing and managing applications submitted, reviewing information for accuracy;Managing electronic application submissions and following-up on all pending cases until completion;Providing updates and reports to producers on pre-issue and post-issue requirements; Building strong relationships with advisors, carrier home office underwriting teams, and other third-party administrators in order to handle processing and service issues; Providing assistance to insurance advisors regarding both new and existing policy information as needed; andPerforming other administrative duties as required.
