This is an established Mixed Animal Practice that has been serving the community since 1978. Located in beautiful British Columbia, they are surrounded by some of the most stunning views on the planet! This area is an outdoor enthusiast’s dream, and you could live here too!
They currently have 5 full-time veterinarians plus 2 more available (the owner and previous owner) as mentors and for special procedures like TPLOs and other orthopedics. They have around 20 members of support staff ready to help you along the way. While the team work hard, they also laugh a lot throughout the day. They routinely get together for local trivia nights, to go bowling, and for other outdoor adventures.
Your role here would include taking consultation appointments, surgery rotation, client communication, and some emergency after-hours care. They share after-hours emergencies with 6 other clinics within the area to ensure emergency coverage and work-life balance for all veterinarians.
Your skills should include:
- Veterinary Surgery
- Dental Procedures and Client Education
- Veterinary Medicine and Diagnostics
- Ultrasound/X-ray
- Exemplary bedside manner and compassion
- Large Animal and/or Exotics knowledge is an asset!

On offer is;
- $100,000 + CAD
- Emergency Fees (Can add $10,000 – $15,000 per year)
- Production Model Optional
- A production model essentially pays out ~22% of what you bring in. This gives you ultimate control of your salary and enables more flexibility.
- Most of their production doctors choose to work 4 days per week as it’s a great work/life balance
- A production salary could look like $150,000 to $190,000 depending on a 4 or 5-day week.
