MID TO SENIOR-LEVEL BUSINESS ANALYST (PERMANENT FULL TIME)
VANCOUVER BC
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work on client projects. You MUST have at least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. We're looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, team-player with good communication skills. Join a small, experienced team in building great Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications that our clients love.
Knowledge of CRM systems is required, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM would be preferable, but knowledge of a similar product would be acceptable.
The Role of the Business Analyst
This role is for a Business Analyst with experience gathering and documenting business requirements. This role is not for a Data Analyst or a Systems Analyst. The Business Analyst's primary objective is to help businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners. In terms of Purely CRM, the Business Analyst is helping businesses implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Requirements Are the Core of the Business Analyst's Role
Requirements management is one of the core skills of Business Analysts, the role begins with defining, analyzing, and documenting use cases and workflows. Managing requirements at the project level helps fulfill business needs.
Business Analysts typically take the lead role in:
5 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Assisting with solution assessments
Assisting with the business case
Planning and monitoring
Translating and simplifying requirements into use cases
Use case analysis to provide proposed solutions
Application testing
Client training
Skilled Business Analysts also use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project's scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment.

Use cases
Workflow diagrams
Proposed solutions
Test cases
This opportunity is for you if you have:
5 years of Business Analyst experience, which includes:
Facilitating client workshops to gather business requirements
Documenting business requirements
Assisting with product testing
Assisting with client end user training
Completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Management Information Systems or a related area.
Experience with any of the following: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, Lucid Chart, Balsamiq, Xmind.
An inquisitive mind and love to learn new processes.
A passion for creating process diagrams and documentation.
A passion for problem solving.
Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
You must reside in Canada, preferably within the PST/MT time zone.

Our Vancouver office is based in Downtown Vancouver; however, at this time all work will be performed remotely from your home office, over Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar. All client meetings will take place during PST time zone standard business hours.

Local candidates only: You MUST currently reside in Canada and you must be legally able to work in Canada.
Required education: Bachelor's
