Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology or a related field.Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft power platform administrator or a similar role.Proven work experience on Sales & Marketing products of Dynamics 365Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including configuration, customization, and security management.Experienced on system integration and data migration within Dynamics 365.Competent in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on Dynamics 365.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, and Azure SQL Database.Familiarity with Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics for big data and analytics solutions.Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and version control.Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Azure CLI for automation and deployment.Understanding of Azure security and compliance best practices.Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Azure AD B2C for identity and access management.Experience with Azure monitoring and diagnostics tools, such as Azure Monitor and Azure Application Insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable. Especially Sales, Marketing & Power platform related certifications or Microsoft Azure certifications, such as Azure Administrator Associate.
