Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Business Analyst
Job purpose
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Business Analyst role will be primarily focused on project implementations in the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement suite of products. Must have experience in implementing functional, no code/low code capabilities of CRM. They will work with a broad set of customers from small clients just starting their CRM journey to significantly larger clients who have been using Dynamics 365 CRM for many years needing to expand. In addition to configuring CRM, this role will require an ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally to manage expectations, solicit requirements and provide status updates.
Duties and responsibilities
- Business Analysts engage with stakeholders and end-users to gather and understand the business requirements. They conduct interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews to identify and clarify the needs of the organization.
- Requirement Analysis and Documentation: Business Analysts analyze the gathered requirements and create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user stories. They ensure that the requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with the business objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Business Analysts act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the project team. They facilitate effective communication and collaboration, ensuring that the business requirements are well-understood by the project team and that the stakeholders remain informed about the project's progress.
- Solution Validation: Business Analysts collaborate with the Functional Consultant and other team members to validate the proposed solutions against the business requirements. They participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that the delivered solution meets the defined criteria.
Qualifications
- Have experience in working with a project team using an agile methodology and all of the agile rituals that this entails
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with requirements gathering, programming / system design and user training.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience
- Solid English communications skills (written & oral)
- Previous consulting experience a plus.
- Microsoft Certifications are a plus.
