Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (BC/NAV) Systems AnalystMy Montreal based international manufacturing client is actively seeking a BC/NAV Systems Analyst to join their team to assist in the day to day and role out project work with their D365 Business Central ERP System.This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home two times per week and be office based for the remainder of the week. You would be a key and critical part of the team involved in continuous development and have the opportunity to work on the latest version of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.Responsibilities:Business process analysis, requirement gathering and system designFunctional design, install/ config & testing of new system advancementsKey user training and project go-live support - key escalation point for BC projectsHands on in new system roll out/ deployments across the businessDay to day ERP support analysisSkills & QualificationsRequirements:Proven experience in the support, analysis and improvement of ERP/ MRP systems in either NAV or MS Dynamics 365 Business CentralFrench speakingStrong manufacturing business process understandingEnd to end functional project life cycle skills, from analysis through to go-liveAbility to consult and support users effectively around new processes/ 2nd line+ issuesConfident communication/ stakeholder engagement skillsFor more information, please get in touch!Michael RadfordR2 GlobalSenior Vice President - MS Dynamics 365 F&O & BCd: 206-752-9268e: michael@r2-global.com
