Medical Receptionist (Full-Time/Part-Time)- Skin Vitality Medical Clinic

We are seeking an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our team!

MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR DAYS, EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS.

Skin Vitality Medical Clinic is the #1 Provider of Botox®, Juvéderm®, CoolSculpting®, PRP Hair Restoration, Sculptra®, EMSculpt® and Morpheus 8® in Canada with 13 Locations in Ontario. Job Description: Skin Vitality Clinic Receptionists assist with daily clinic operations through upholding exceptional customer service standards. This individual must be highly motivated with a passion for excellence and growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and visitors in person or over the phone, and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Schedules appointments efficiently, ensuring patient satisfaction and optimizing treatment room use
  • Maintaining appointment schedules, notifying medical staff of patient arrivals and communicating any service delays
  • Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction by anticipating patients’ needs, anxieties; answering patients questions, maintaining a welcoming reception area
  • Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating and financial information
  • Ensure availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records
  • Perform opening and closing procedures and protocols

Skills Required:

  • Ability to multitask efficiently without compromising positive attitude and high performance standards
  • Process payments and communicate effectively with the medical team and patients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Possess professional communication skills across every platforms, with an excellent phone manner
  • Comfort handling monetary transactions
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic, able to work effectively in a team.
  • Previous medical administrative experience is an asset.
  • Completely dependable in all aspects of the role
  • Ability to comprehend and retain information regarding services offered.
  • Outstanding multitasking skills and quick learner for computer and scheduling systems.

Average Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and training.
