Title: Mechanical Designer Engineer
Location: Lloydminster, Central Alberta
Salary: $110k-$138k (Depending on Experience)

Summary:
Our client is currently looking for a project manager/mechanical engineer who has experience in the building industry to come and join their growing team! Responsibilities:
  • Be involved withpreliminary design and engineering duties
  • Prepare detailed design calculations, layouts, and reports.
  • Partner with other disciplinesto come up with solutions to complex issues to meet clients' needs
  • Mentor junior staff
  • Take a lead within projects to ensure timelines
  • Be involved in all aspects of projects - contractors, subcontractors, site visit, and client facing responsibilities
  • Have an excellent sense of urgency, able to meet tight deadlines, and problem solve unexpected challenges.
  • Be involved with business development, and build client relationships
Requirements:
  • Registered or eligible for registration with APEGA and APEGS.
  • Self-motivated and organized with strong management skills
  • Analytically inclinedwith a strong sense of problem solving
  • Familiar with industry standards and codes.
  • Able to work independently and with a team environment
  • Effective communication witha proficiency to convey ideas both written and verbal
