Dilawri Group of Companies is looking to fillthe position of Marketing Strategist.

Job Summary

Reportingdirectly to the Marketing Manager, BC Region, the Marketing Strategist isresponsible for managing, developing, and executing all initiatives related toincreasing customer retention and sales (Sales, Service, Parts) for select BCRegion dealerships. As the primary point of contact for those stores/brands, thisrole involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to developand execute effective yearly marketing plans, monthly tactical campaigns,experiential/sponsorship requirements, digital updates, social mediastrategies, and other ad hoc tasks.

Other responsibilities include staying updated on bestpractices, delivering best-in-class customer experiences, and remaininginformed about Dilawri and OEM-mandated brand-compliance requirements. The position requires attentionto detail, strategic thinking, a positive, flexible, and solution-oriented attitude,and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Duties andResponsibilities

· Act as the day-to-daymarketing contact for appointed BC Region Dealerships

· Develop &execute yearly marketing plans for each dealership

· Align with eachdealership’s General Manager on monthly vehicle priorities and promotions; brief-inappropriate creative executions for sales & service

· Manage and/orexecute all experiential/sponsorship requirements

· Reviewanalytics and & reporting and provide insights to relevant stakeholders

· Managetraditional and ethnic media buys (e.g., print, radio)

· Managebudgets, invoices, & coop

· Manage socialmedia accounts & reporting

· Performmonthly dealership audits (in-store experience & websites)

· Maintainclear lines of communication with National Marketing about, e.g., store-levelactivations, new partnerships, donations, etc.

· Miscellaneousdealership support

Secondary

· Provideprofessional customer service and support to all stakeholders

· Followestablished company policies and procedures

· Participatein meetings and training, as required

· Follow Health& Safety Program and observe provincial Occupational Health & Safetyregulations

Qualifications

Education

· Post-secondaryeducation in Marketing, PR, or related subjects

Skills

  • Keen understanding of marketing best practices
  • Experience in writing copy for a wide range of purposes
  • Experience creating, publishing, and delivering content for targetedaudiences, including through online platforms and email campaigns
  • Familiarity with the process of developing and posting content forsocial media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Knowledge of and experience in SEO, Google Ads
  • Experience with partnership activations, including events
  • Able to multitask and prioritize projects effectively in a fast-pacedenvironment
  • Flexible team player, multitasker, and creative problem-solver
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to be a team player, relationship builder, and companyrepresentative

Experience

  • Three (3) years of marketing, PR, or related experience
  • Automotive/dealership retail experience is an asset
