Marketing Representative -Community AmbassadorPosition Overview: Seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our clients team as a Community Ambassador. This role provides a great chance for career growth and contributing to our portfolio.Main Responsibilities:Engage customers with our marketing and community efforts both directly and through various platforms.Build and nurture relationships with retailers, informing them about our services and marketing initiatives.Manage all administrative tasks for our community space, including handling inquiries, scheduling, and drafting agreements.Support marketing communications with tenants, including memos and newsletters.Take quality photos and videos for digital media.Establish connections with local community partners.Train retailers on our gift card program.Promote community spaces using our websites and social media.Help organize and run marketing events.Stay informed about our services, amenities, and activities.Help with community bookings and event promotions.Keep our digital presence accurate and suggest updates.Aid in developing and executing marketing strategies.Carry out additional tasks as needed.Qualifications:Degree in marketing, business, or communications.1-2 years of marketing experience.Understanding of basic business operations.Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.Graphic design skills are a plus.Excellent communication abilities.Conflict resolution capabilities.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Team player in a dynamic setting.
