Location: 530 West Broadway, Vancouver BC, CanadaCore hours: Monday to Friday from 8am – 4:30pm PSTWe value collaboration, both in-person and remotely. This position is classified as Hybrid under our Hybrid Work Program Policy, where this position is required to be onsite 3-5 days per week.Role SummaryAs the Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing Eminence product launches and go-to-market strategies for new products and services. You will be managing the product launch process and work closely with Marketing & Communications, Product Development, Digital, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Education to deliver products and promotional materials which strengthen and enrich the Eminence brand and grow our Spa Partners' businesses. You will also be developing and managing the launch project plan and processes, and lead cross-functional team meetings. As the Marketing Project Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Marketing Launch & Promotions Team Lead.Responsibilitiescritical paths for product launches, corporate projects and create workback schedulestimelines and team resources for multiple deliverables including, but not limited to, launch communications, mailings, labels, packaging, photoshoots and promotional materialsmailings process, including determining dates for all mailings and coordination with Supply Chain & Operations teams to ensure that all mailings are sent on timeclosely with project stakeholders to ensure the launch strategy is cohesive and well communicated – the primary mechanism for this is the Go-to-Market Planning Meetingsprint and digital launch communications to Outside Sales Team and Spa Partnersand copy edit print materials, verifying information and content aligns with Project Scopeupdates to Excel and pdf Product Order Forms for each launch in conjunction with the Product Development, Marketing & Communications, Sales and Information Services teamslaunch information for company-wide conference calls with direction from the Marketing Launch ManagerProject manage the creation of new marketing launch materials including, but not limited to, promotional print pieces, catalogues and order formsProject manage all product labels, boxes, silk screening artwork and other miscellaneous packaging (including reprints) - ensures that all packaging adheres to FDA and cosmetic regulationsEnsure accuracy of all copy, names, sizes, SKU numbers and ingredients on each new piece in accordance with packaging regulations for each market, including multilingualLead Project Team meetings as necessary (weekly, bi-weekly or other)Qualificationsdiploma or degree in Business and/or Marketing or an equivalent combination of training and experienceManagement experience (minimum 3-5 years) and Team leadership experience (minimum 1-2 years preferred)Management software experience, e.g. Asana, Excel (minimum 2 years)working with external vendors e.g. manufacturing, printing, agencies (minimum 1-2 years)Management Professional (PMP) Certification is an assetLaunch Management experience with a focus on consumer package goods is an assetin the Spa and/or Health & Beauty industry is an assettime management, multi-tasking, attention to detail and organizational skillswritten/verbal communication and interpersonal skillscomputer skills (especially MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint intermediate to advanced Excel)Total Rewardssalary, quarterly and annual bonuses based on individual and company goalsemployer-paid premiums for extended health, health spending account, wellness program, green transportation incentive, various paid time-off options available from your first day, and product discountson professional development, 1:1 meetings with your leader, tuition assistance program and length of service rewardsThe Application Please submit a resume.Applications are currently being reviewed.
