Job Description Our client is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist who will become an integral part of their marketing team's success. As a pivotal figure in their operations, you'll collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the marketing team to execute strategies effectively. From managing diverse marketing tasks to coordinating B2B events and maintaining marketing technology, your contributions will be vital. With your keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, you'll provide crucial support to our CMO, ensuring the seamless execution of our marketing initiatives. This role is full-time, on-site at the client's office in Downtown Vancouver. Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the CMO and marketing team to execute marketing strategies and initiatives effectively. Manage various marketing tasks, including campaign coordination, data analysis, and reporting. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. Manage B2B marketing events from ideation to execution including negotiating sponsorship, designing advertising, booking accommodations etc. Help manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and provide budgetary recommendations. Prepare documents, reports and presentations as required. Manage CRM and marketing automation integration. Maintain existing marketing technology and integrate new tools and processes to drive optimization and automation. Create behavioral and demographic segmentation programs to support automated nurture, ABM, and lead scoring initiatives. Work with our marketing and sales teams to become an expert on the company’s lead funnel – from web visitor to customer and everything in between. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through to completion. Assist with reviewing documents & reports and follow up with outside parties as required. Assist in the creation and editing of marketing content, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines. Prepare meeting agendas and prepare minutes from meetings. Prepare travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries. Provide admin, and general business support to CMO in day-to-day matters. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in marketing operations or a similar role, demonstrating a track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives. A college or university degree. Excellent communication and writing skills. Tech-savvy and resourceful: familiarity with G Suite, Jira, Figma, Social Media Management, Google Analytics, Wordpress. CRM Experience - HubSpot is preferable. Excellent event management skills. Experience with analytics and reporting. Be highly innovative, creative and pay excellent attention to details. Upbeat, positive, outgoing, personable and able to relate well with diverse groups. Excellent verbal, written and keyboard skills and organizational skills. Ability to take initiative, multi-task & work well under pressure.
