Marketing Operations Specialist. This position is a

12 month fixed-term contract position

that is covering a parental leave. We have a Flexible Work Location approach and this role can be based in Calgary, AB, Guelph, Ontario or remotely across Canada. Duties:

Project manage various marketing communication tactics including but not limited to: online and offline assets, traditional media, sales materials, retail resources, signage, product guides, videos, etc. Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers for projects that require promotional items, printing, shipping, fulfillment, translation, and other outside services. Work within project processes/ workflows from concept to completion by creating project briefs, organizing project kickoff calls, working with required stakeholders to develop project plans/ work back schedules and collaborating with team members to effectively deliver tactics on time and within budget. Act as a collaborative partner to the Marketing Operations and Customer Marketing teams by building trusting and reliable relationships. Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Marketing, Business, Agriculture or Communications, or 2+ years of relevant experience with similar job responsibilities. Excellent knowledge of marketing fundamentals and communications principles. Expertise using Microsoft Office products. Preferred:

Knowledge of Trello or another project management software, Mural and/or Smartsheet an asset. Additional Information
