Elite Furniture Rental is now looking to hire a dedicated and personal Marketing Manager at 69A Viceroy Rd, Concord, ON. The successful candidate is expected to build marketing initiatives that will attract new customers and keep our existing customers coming back for more.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Propose new and engaging marketing initiatives that will increase customer satisfaction and drive customers to our business; proactively look for opportunities to build awareness, drive profitability or cost-saving.
- Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions, and other marketing projects.
- Manage marketing budgets, revenue forecasts, and reconciliations.
- Oversee the operation of the company’s website and email marketing program and provide analytics to senior management.
- Determine and improve distribution channels for products and services to maximize revenue.
- Analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns; develop strategies to measure and track effectiveness and implement strategies for underperforming campaigns and activities.
- Conduct customer research initiatives; identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Stay apprised of emerging trends, industry changes, and consumer buying patterns in the competing furniture industries.
- Work with sales to develop pricing strategies; ensure marketing and sales strategies align.
- Build and promote Elite Furniture Rental’s positive long-term customer relationships. Research, source, and secure vendors and partners for execution of all company products.
