Job duties and responsibilities will include the following Train and supervise staff Develop promotional materials Manage contracts Market business services Plan and control budget and expenditures Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communicationsmaterials Assist in product development and direct and evaluate themarketing strategies of establishments Direct and evaluate establishments and departments thatdevelop and implement communication strategies and informationprograms Direct and evaluate establishments and departments thatmaintain media relations on behalf of businesses, governmentsand other organizations Direct and evaluate establishments and departments thatpublicize activities and events on behalf of businesses, governments and other organizations Establish distribution networks for products and services,initiate market research studies and analyze their findings Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of firms anddepartments that develop and implement advertising campaignsto promote the sales of products and services Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the design,development and maintenance of Internet and Intranet sites tomanage an organizations Internet presence Answer written and oral inquiries Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newslettersand other material Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions Initiate and maintain contact with the media Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content andpress releases Prepare sports, literary, performance or other contracts Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support We pay competitive wages $53.85 per hour as per experience.
