You’ll be creating and leading dynamic media campaigns integrated within a comprehensive marketing strategy to amplify brand recognition, engage talent, and attract clients.What you’ll be doing:Develop and craft innovative marketing strategies tailored for the recruitment industry, collaborating closely with operational stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and maximize return on investment.Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, showcasing ML6 Search + Talent Advisory’s unique value proposition and enhancing brand visibility.Drive digital transformation initiatives, utilizing technology and data to optimize marketing processes and outcomes, thereby strengthening our digital presence.Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and implementation of marketing campaigns, fostering trust and credibility within the recruitment community.Champion a data-driven approach, utilizing quantitative and qualitative research to inform marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.What you’ll need to be successful:5+ years of experience in integrated marketing strategy and implementation, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.Strong strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to translate business needs into effective marketing strategies tailored for a recruitment agency.Experience with digital campaign execution, social media strategy, and demand generation, with a focus on talent acquisition and client engagement.Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and adjusting strategies based on results, driving continuous improvement and optimization.Demonstrated expertise in managing diverse stakeholder priorities and fostering collaborative relationships, both internally and externally.Agility and adaptability in navigating dynamic business environments.Commitment to continuous improvement and exceptional results delivery, driving growth for the company.Proven ability to build marketing infrastructure and drive marketing effectiveness within the context of a recruitment agency.Take the lead in shaping marketing initiatives at ML6 Search + Talent Advisory and make a significant impact on our growth trajectory.
