Qualifications
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager for a consulting organization
Proficiency in spoken and written English and a knack of speaking to both domestic and international potential clients
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner with and passion for the clean energy sector
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop marketing collaterals to strengthen the CES brand and thought leadership.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations/case studies on CES products and services
Lead development of project proposals for large consulting engagements
Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in RE, electric mobility, and energy storage
Identify and work on finding upselling opportunities with existing / past clients
Design and run marketing campaigns for consulting and subscription services based on industry trends.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities for expanding CES services in existing and new geographies.
Develop dashboards to track opportunities and sales through Salesforce
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Plan and execute CES participation in major industry events around the globe
Gather feedback from customers or prospects for improving CES offerings
