Job Description

The Marketing Insights and Delivery Manager collaborates with marketing and business units to enhance campaigns, boost student lead generation, and increase education enrollments by developing metrics, dashboards, and insights. These efforts inform strategic decisions, enhance understanding of member and student behaviours, and shape organizational campaigns in partnership with recruitment, education, and professional development teams. What You’ll Be Doing: Synthesizing diverse data sourcesto craft impactful marketing and lead generation recommendations that optimize our strategies and programs. Evolving key performance indicatorsto enhance situational awareness and operational efficiency, securing stakeholder alignment on crucial business interpretations. Implementing best practicesin direct marketing across the organization, ensuring superior quality, efficiency, and governance for optimal customer experience and business alignment. Spearheading projectsto streamline marketing and lead generation processes, driving adoption and maximizing business value through effective change management. Developing comprehensive reporting solutionsthat empower decision-making, support budgeting, and drive performance improvements across all levels of operations. Who You Are: A post-secondary graduate with a robust academic background and extensive industry experience complemented with over 5 years in marketing insights, business intelligence, and customer analytics within product and service sectors. Proficient in leveraging SQL for data extraction and transformation, with skills in Power BI, Tableau, and MicroStrategy to create impactful visuals that uncover key customer trends and insights. Able to demonstrate expertise with managing large datasets, identifying crucial metrics that illuminate the reasons behind customer behaviours, guiding strategic decisions effectively. Experienced in leading complex projects and collaborating across technical teams and stakeholders to implement streamlined processes and systems, particularly in direct marketing environments. Known for thriving in ambiguity, foster collaborative relationships, and drive organizational goals forward with a focus on control, compliance, and campaign execution efficiency.
