seeking

a talented and creative Marketing Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our visual brand identity across various digital and print channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual assets that resonate with our target audience, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement. Key Accountabilities: Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to: digital ads, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and more.

Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and translate marketing strategies into visually captivating designs.

Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual assets, adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.

Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continually elevate the quality and effectiveness of our design work.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide innovative design ideas to contribute to campaign planning and execution.

Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and team members to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met with the highest level of quality. Assist in the development and maintenance of design templates and assets that streamline the creative process.

Functional and Technical Skills: Degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proven experience working as a designer in a marketing or creative agency environment.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as familiarity with design and prototyping tools.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Ability to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs that resonate with target audiences.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate feedback into design improvements.

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual consistency and brand integrity.

Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects that highlight creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX design is a plus.
