The Andrews Marketing Coordinator is passionate about retail marketing, especially within the fashion and lifestyle sectors, confidently overseeing digital marketing campaigns, including newsletters and social media production, as well as organizing physical events and promotions at retail stores.Responsibilities:Campaign Coordination: Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including email, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Ensure newsletters are aligned with brand standards and marketing objectives.Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of in-store promotions and special events. Ensure each event is executed smoothly and meets our objectives.Social Media Oversight: Oversee the Social Media Coordinator in the execution of BAU, including but not limited to creation and scheduling of content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok. Monitor influencer partnerships and social media advertising campaigns.Public Relations Coordination: Working with the wider marketing team, oversee the development and dissemination of articles and posts for professional networking platforms or publications such as LinkedIn. Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling copy for digital channels including websites, email marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary marketing contact, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between head office, retail stores, and digital teams. Provide regular updates and performance reports to key stakeholders.Retail Coordination: Coordinate the design and execution of in-store events and promotions, collecting feedback and reporting on events where necessary. Competencies, Technical Skills, and Knowledge:Retail Marketing Experience: Must have experience in marketing within the retail fashion industry, particularly in coordinating omni-channel campaigns (2-3 years)Digital Proficiency: Strong skills in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Shopify, Klaviyo, and Microsoft 365. Familiarity with SEO, copy-writing, content management systems, and social media advertising (1-2 years)Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on timeliness and budget management (2-3 years)Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be proactive, organized, and a team player with a positive and creative outlook.Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite (preferred)Public relations and digital advertising experience (preferred)Experience in content creation and/or influencer partnerships (preferred)Other requirements:Ability to commute regularly to retail locations and HQ where requiredAccess to a vehicle to facilitate travel between locations within the working day where required
