The Marketing is responsible for providing reports, analytics, and business insights to supervisor, director of the department and various business and product managers, and to assist them in better understanding the marketplace and in making proactive decisions. The new hire will report to the Marketing Director.RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of data modelsAssist in the design, testing and implementation of market surveysAssist in collecting and analyzing market information and trendsResearch market price about competitors and analyze our price level in marketResearch products in market and make a competitive strategy for our productsSupport promotional planning, execution, and measuring the effectivenessCreate/maintain reports tracking KPIs and overall sales progressManage product specification sheet/customer database and ensure the list is up to dateDevelop reports and presentations on the market forecast and external economic factorsParticipate in and contribute to project and team meetings, interacting and collaborating with team members and other departments, as appropriate, to understand specific requirementsAssist ad-hoc data or reporting requestsAny other duties/responsibilities may be assignedQUALIFICATIONSCollege/University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant disciplinesAt least 2 years relevant experience in the tire industry or the automotive industryProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, OneDriveFamiliarity with SAP an assetProficient with MS Office Suite, especially Excel with functions and data visualizationsTeam player with exceptional work ethicExcellent organizational and communication skillsSuperior time management and organizational skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervisionSelf-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative with good initiativeSuperior customer-relation manners and strong interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communications skillsAccuracy, follow-through, and fine attention to detailAbility to work well independently on several projects concurrently, and possess excellent communication, organizational and creative thinking skills
