We create exceptional, social, athletic, and recreational environments; celebrating memorable experiences and positive connections.As an employee of The Boulevard Club, you will enjoy a high quality pleasant working environment and the following benefits:Education & Professional Development Assistance.Extensive medical and dental benefits for Employees and their families.Employee Health & Wellness Program.Bonus Program (eligibility criteria applies).Meal Plan.Bike Share TO.Night Transportation Assistance.Summer Recognition Program.Complimentary Parking (subject to availability).Job Overview:The Marketing Coordinator will be assisting Director of Marketing, Communications and Membership in managing the office, creating an online presence of the Boulevard Club using digital media software and visual communication skills, and creating, coordinating, and maintaining digital content.Duties and Responsibilities:Event promotion: Coordinate and assist in promoting Club events and registrationMarket Research: Conduct market research and analysis and identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement in the Club’s marketing effortsCollaboration: Work closely with other departments such as membership, events and operations to coordinate initiatives and ensure a cohesive approach to member engagement.Performance Tracking: monitor and analyze the performance of events, section events and provide reports to assist data-driven decisions.Graphic Design; Creation of marketing and communications materialsMaintaining and updating website contentImage relevant supplier documentation and support.Ensuring consistent branding of The Boulevard Club in both internal and external communications and promotional materialWorks with department heads to regularly update content on the website to ensure it is current, relevant and meets the information needs of Members.Assists with marketing materials such as posters and flyers to promote Club and departmental events.Performs special assignments and completes reasonable tasks or duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing, Communications & Membership.Job Qualifications:Relevant post-secondary education with a focus on web management and software experience.2+ years of related marketing and communications experience.Web site maintenance experience: coding knowledge a bonus.Dynamic and creative writing skills a bonus.Strong verbal and written communication skills; customer service focus; professional presentationProven track record in handling simultaneous projects; adhering to deadlines.Strong computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT).Software experience with basic knowledge of media applications such as Canva.Exceptional organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.Availability required on weekends with flexibility in scheduling.Analytical skills along with an ability to translate data into measurable metrics.For over a century, The Boulevard Club has built a reputation around time honoured traditions, exemplary service, and unrivalled athletics programs for all ages and abilities, including tennis, badminton, water sports, fitness, swimming, basketball, pickleball, and more.We pride ourselves on creating an exceptional Member experience thanks to an equally diverse and inclusive team.
