Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team, with a primary focus on Ecommerce. In this role, you will help to drive strategic Ecommerce initiatives, managing vendor relations, developing partnership programs, and supporting event coordination. Main Responsibilities Ecommerce Administration Upload and maintain accurate product data, descriptions, and images on our platform for enhanced search visibility. Collaborate with external teams and vendors to standardize product data. Facilitate onboarding for new custom catalog customers. Generate reports and analytics on Ecommerce performance and key metrics. Assist in crafting presentations for Ecommerce programs. Develop training materials for internal users on platform processes. Provide administrative support for vendor initiatives within Salesforce. Run KPI reports to measure vendor activity effectiveness, sharing insights internally and with vendors. Support Market Segment Managers (MSMs) with training and knowledge-sharing sessions. Support Supplier and AD Partnership Programs: Collaborate with MSMs to implement supplier programs, tracking quarterly progress. Maintain and monitor a co-op library, providing detailed reports. Maximize the utilization of co-op funds with Sales and Marketing teams. Manage and optimize Sales Stimulator Programs (SSP) with AD vendor partners and internal stakeholders. Provide analytical reporting on program performance and recommend best practices. Support Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating and tracking tradeshow and event budgets. Collaborate with the event lead to organize various events. Conduct reporting and analysis to improve lead conversion and maximize event ROI. Assist with event activities, including pre- and post-show marketing and media. Help manage vendor relationships, booth setup, coordinating assets, giveaways, and logistics. Other Duties: Embrace a "Think Team First" approach, willingly taking on additional tasks as needed to support the overall success of the marketing team and company objectives. Role Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role a plus! Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, and content management systems. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Hybrid role – comfortable coming into the office 2-3 times as needed weekly.
